The time during waking hours between scheduled meals is time available for your meditation practice. In the beginning you will be expected to spend approximately 6 hours per day in meditation. You may use the remainder of the time for your personal tasks (e.g. showering, laundry) and breaks in between meditation sessions.
At the same time every day, you will have a one-on-one meeting with the mediation instructor to review your progress in the practice. This is also a daily opportunity for you to ask questions and receive guidance. At these reporting sessions, the instructor will give you successive exercises according to your personal experience and progression.
